The fact is Chardonnay is just as fashonable as it ever was and the good news is it’s being made with care so that fruit is in and oak is out. This is balanced and creamy with a lingering finish so it makes an excellent match for rich, seafood dishes. Expect aromas of peach and vanilla as well as melon and cashew nut complexity.
