Riesling is one of my favourite wines. 2K21 is the 6th vintage of the GISA Polish Hill River Riesling. A pristine wine that is as delicate as ever. Picked in the still of night in late February and delivered to the winery where it was pressed off.
The Free Run juice was treated as a seperate wine until finished. Prior to bottling
