Grosperrin ‘Cognac De Collection’ 2001 ORGANIC aged 10 years, Fins Bois 700mL This cognac is typical from a beautiful Fins Bois of ten years old, with its fresh fruit and citrus fruits fawner notes. On the nose, distillation aromas have left and it still stays fresh grapefruit notes, which reminds some white wines. There is also warmer notes of white peach skin at the sun, and apricot. In the mouth, freshness and naturality of this cognac are striking. We find again these fruity notes, but they are extended with more complex aromas, like a bunch of dried flowers forgotten on a table by a summer day.
