Ahhh Semillon – delicate blossom balances the lime zest on the nose, while the palate is rich and powerful. It carries some lovely tight phenolics which just add to the beautiful mouth feel and moreishness of the wine, making you reach for another glass! Classy, refined, and super drinkable, are just a few adjectives that come to mind. The Oakey Creek is always our most elegant & delicate of the Semillons, but this year it has a little more to say in the glass. Still showing that classic citrus
