It’s not a case of Heathcote Shiraz being the next big thing, it’s already the big thing and we need to share our love of this region that’s responsible for making such impressive Shiraz. The reason it’s so expressive is due to the ancient Cambrian soils that impart a unique flavour. This sees a splash of Viognier added to heighten the aromatics but the Shiraz is the main star. It’s a big hit of a wine with black fruits, cloves and gentle oak before a rich palate of cherries, spice and grippy ta
