It is a long story that began as a conversation on the phone in Portugal, moved to a chat over a coffee in Armadale, skipped the ditch to Central Otago and finally came to fruition in the Yarra Valley in 2013. What's in a name? "Hand-crafted wines begin with a dream," explains winemaker Nina Stocker. "From the beginning of the season when the vines lay dormant until long after harvest, our dream weaves on. The next vintage always lies ahead, as past vintages evolve and transform in bottle, reminding us that nature is the ruler, and we remain but dreamers."
