We love a good Sparkling Ros̩ here at Cracka, as it offers all the crispness and bubbly fun of traditional sparkling, but in a much pinker (and arguably more interesting) form. In fact, Ros̩ Champagne is actually held in higher esteem than more traditional styles, purely because they are so much harder to get right. This version from Jansz though gets it very right, with dry and refreshing flavours all served in a rich, slightly strawberry edged style that is very enjoyable indeed. Sparkling – S
