Jean Bousquet Organic Torrontes Chardonnay

Torrontes is the noble white grape of Argentina. It makes dry and sweet styles of wine, but in this instance it has been blended with chardy to produce a table wine that shows highly tropical aromas, along with appealing perfumed florals contributed by the torrontes. The palate is more medium-bodied and quite fruit-driven, with bright acidity, and an almost lush fruit finish. It will go great with poached salmon, or even cured meats.
