Ex-Grange winemaker John Duval moves a little closer to his love of the Rhone Valley with this more medium-bodied white blend that has seen a light touch of oak. Delicious smells of pears, apple pie, jasmine florals and honeyed notes float out of the glass to tempt the senses, meanwhile the palate is dry and zesty, with stone fruit, apple and honey flavours, a bright, taut line of lemony acidity, a talcy texture, and a subtle grip on the long finish with a kick of ginger spice.
