It’s curious that Semillon has been forgotten in the recent mad rush for Sauvignon Blanc. It’s so odd that two varieties that can work so well together be ignored as a couple purely due to fashion. Anyways, suffice to say that we are big fans of Semillon Sauvignon Blanc blends here at Cracka, and styles like this just do it better (for less).
