Juniper Estate Margaret River Shiraz

Lovers of rich Shirazes with a lick of oak will go bonkers for this offering from Juniper Estate. This wine shows aromas of ripe dark berries and cherries, with licks of pepper spice, chocolate and savoury meatiness. The palate is medium to fuller-bodied, with a concentrated ball of spiced fruit flavours at the centre, a generous hit of toasty oak, some firmish tannins, and a long, tight, silky finish. This will develop further in the cellar, but give it some air and some slices of rosemary and garlic lamb shoulder and it will be good to go! Red – Shiraz and Blends – Shiraz
