This cheeky little rose is made from 90% pinot noir and 10% chardonnay, so it’s pretty full-bodied for a sparkling. There’s some ripe, rich fruit on the nose and palate along with some attractive creaminess after 3-years on it’s yeast lees, a nice touch of toast and a fine mousse cleaning up the palate.
