Levantine Hill Estate Pinot Noir 750mL

Year in year out, Levantine Estate Pinot Noir is a deeply complex wine with a refined aromatic profile. Exhibiting a fine line and subtly-building power on a detail-laden palate, the current Pinot Noir is the result of an assemblage of nineteen individual small batches sourced from our Maroondah Highway vineyard. Bright intense Pinosity is on display with lifted aromas of black cherries, thyme, sassafras, fig brûlée kirsch, char and dark chocolate lead ahead of developing savoury elements of nutmeg, sarsparilla and humus. The composed defined palate unfurls with red fruit flavours, sour cherry, raspberry, pomegranate overlaying stewed apple and rhubarb with cinnamon and an almond meal texture. The wine confidently pushes through the full length of the palate to an expansive lingering finish.
