The Epitome by definition is the best expression of quality so when the winemakers at Longview could not make a normal dry style Riesling they decide to make a late picked style and it turned out to be the Epitome. It’s the kind of dessert style you want to savour with a plate of soft cheeses or a fruit flan. Superb concentration showing lifted tropical fruit, apricot and honey.
