Saint Veran is another village the Burgundians like to name their wines after. This one is made from chardonnay and is completely unoaked to let the fruit shine. Lots of green apples and lemons leap out of the glass, whilst the palate is lighter-bodied, crisp and clean, with apple and citrus flavours, a touch of creaminess, and a bright, talcy finish. Excellent with some soft cheese and crackers. White – Chardonnay and Blends – Chardonnay
