Grapes are sourced from Wilyabrup, a sub-region in heart of the Margaret River. This vineyard has been organically farmed & dry-grown for over 10 years. Shiraz & one row Viognier grapes from the same block are picked together & co-fermented for two weeks on skins creating an endearing intensity & silky tannins. No additions are used in the winemaking with only minimal sulphur dioxide added prior to bottling.
