Maidenii is a collaboration between French wine maker Gilles Lapalus the winemaker at Sutton Grange, and Shaun Byrne, master mixologist/alchemist who on most nights can be found tinkering in Melbourne’s Gin Palace. Together they developed the Maidenii range of Vermouths using quality wines as a base and a wide range of native and imported herbs, fruits & spices and of course, wormwood.
