Bredif is one of the premium producers of the style, and this one is a dry, zippy wine that shows aromas of yellow citrus, quince, green apples, honeysuckle and camomile florals, whilst the palate is lighter-bodied with racy lemon, grapefruit and apple flavours, bouncy acidity, and a dry, long, talcy textured finish.
