Here we have a more off-dry, medium-bodied sparkling out of Italy that would be a nice alternative party starter. Scents of apples, pears, melons and lemon citrus leap out of the glass, whilst the palate is extra foamy and slightly sweet with citrusy flavours, licks of baked bread, and a fresh, zesty finish.
