The Basilisk range is a step up from the ‘Family Series’, and this off-dry style of riesling has the legs to cellar for few years, too. Aromas of apples, jasmine and slatiness adorn the nose, whilst the palate is light-bodied with a smudge of sweetness at first, then the citrusy flavours and brisk acidity race in to cleanse the palate leading to a juicy lemony finish. This would be great with sushi. White – Riesling and Blends – Riesling
