Mezzacorona Riserva Pinot Grigio

This pinot gris from Mezzacorona has seen a touch of oak, and is very dry in style. Aromas of pears, stone fruits, florals, toast, and above all citrus rise from the glass to greet the nose, then the more medium-bodied palate chimes in with tastes of lemon zest and pears, with hints of dairy, a rounded mouthfeel, flinty acidity, and a decent, dry finish that would see this match well with creamy pastas.
