Whenever we hear blue eyed here at Cracka, the first thing that comes to mind is the cod. Or, of course, Frank Sinatra. Now we don’t think that this full-bodied Shiraz would be all that good a match for the cod, but Frank would probably drink the stuff. Actually anyone who likes rich, fruit driven red wines will like this super rich South Australian red, such is the generosity of flavour on offer. Drink whilst fishing for blue eyed cod, perhaps?
