Paul Conti Medici Ridge Pinot Noir

This is a bonny pinot noir from Western Australia, and it has a bit of class about it too. Made from specially selected fruit, scents of plums, red berries with a slight herbaceous edge. On the palate, it’s medium-bodied with a generous fruit centre, mellow tannins and a dry finish. Would be a lovely match with game birds or a rich chicken dish.
