Here we have a pretty fab cab sav from where else but the Margaret River. It’s uber-cool and shows some pretty typical choc mint on the nose that will have you thinking you have your snozz stuck in a box of ‘After Eight’ mints. The palate is graceful, but it has some rich plum, tobacco and mint oomph on the palate supported by fine, evident tannins and a lingering, dry finish. It’ll have you filling your glass for another go. Red – Cabernet Sauvignon and Blends – Cabernet Sauvignon
