Peramor Rueda Verdejo D.O.

For those of you who have not experienced this Spanish grape variety, think sauvignon blanc and you will be in the right ball park. Made by Bodegas Copaboca, it shows delicate scents of tropical fruits and lemon citrus on the nose, whilst the palate is light-bodied, bright and zesty, with a subtle kiss of sweetness, licks of grassiness, and a refreshing but gentle finish. Ideal with prawns off the barbie. White – Other Whites – Verdejo
