There is no oak in this baby, and the nose flaunts with aromas of nashi pears, red apples and honeysuckle florals, whilst the palate is crisp, dry and steely with citrus acidity and a long, dry finish. Just needs a nice piece of grilled fish to set it off. White – Pinot Gri
