Everything is clean and hi-tech, with stainless steel used for fermentation and maturation to deliver the purest, most aromatic expression imaginable of the grape and terroir. This 2007 Riesling was hand-harvested from the steep, rocky Kaiserberg vineyard. A really fine, concentrated, floral wine.
