Punt Road Sparkling Chardonnay/ Pinot Noir (per case of 6)

(0)

2010 was an excellent vintage in the Yarra Valley with cool nights and mild sunny days. This Chardonnay dominant wine was tiraged in September of 2010, spent four years on lees in an underground cellar before being disgorged in June 2014. The time on lees and the excellent vintage have produced a wine with aromas of flint, oyster shell and hazelnut kernel. The wine has a very fine bead, and is elegant and is harmonious throughout.
