This wine is Quorum’s inaugural release and represents the classic Australian blend of Cabernet (63%) and Shiraz (37%), from a single vineyard, in a great year. Both varieties were fermented separately in open fermenters and aged in oak, 15% of which are new French oak before constructing the ideal mix of the two.
