Founded in 2015, Riverbourne Distillery is a boutique distillery based in Jingera, New South Wales. Owner and distiller, Martin Pye runs a one man show, mashing, fermenting, distilling and ageing his range of boutique whiskies with the utmost attention to detail.The whisky spent the majority of its maturation in a red wine cask before been re-cast into an ex-rum and an ex-port cask and then cut to an ABV of 47%. Specially produced for the local markets, this is one whisky that screams ‘Collectable’ although we envisage it been enjoyed for what’s inside the bottle.
