Using our Pot Still we distil infusing 16 Botanicals and the all-important Juniper. Sourcing our botanicals locally helps guide our flavour profile, nearby grown Rosebuds, Rosella, Tenterfield Strawberry Gum (Eucalyptus Olida) build the delicate flavour.
