Sanchez Romate Amontillado N.P.U.

Amontillado is what you could call a medium-bodied sherry style, and they go amazingly well with cured meats. This offering shows bucket loads of nuts, caramel and vanilla on the nose, whilst the palate is nutty and spicy in flavours, with licks of brown apple and briny olives, bright acidity, and a long, dry finish.
