Take the Margaret River region, the 2010 vintage and premium Chardonnay and you’ve got three very good reasons to jump on this wine. A classic nose of stonefruit with a little elegant peach, this wine is sprightly with a clean, fruit core and zippy acids. There’s a touch of minerals on the palate with good weight and length. It will last in the medium term however it’s drinking brilliantly now especially when paired with a dish of roast chicken. White – Chardonnay
