Chateau d’Arche is located in Southern Gironde above the village of Sauternes. The property stretches over 40 hectares of vineyard and boasts the original 17th century chateau-cum-hotel, still grandly standing on the property. The vineyards are worked organically and the average age of vines is 45 years, with the balance of varieties set to Semillon (90%), Sauvignon Blanc (9%) and Muscadelle (1%). The fruit is hand-picked, bunch selected and vinified carefully to produce the incredibly dense, rich and yet fresh wines that carry on the Chateau d’Arche house style.
