The idea behind Siete Pasos came from a group of friends who decided to do something in the world of wine to express their way of understanding of the wine culture, friendships, personal relationships, etc. creating a character for each wine they believe captures these understandings. El Prenda (The Shady One) is a Tempranillo and Garnacha blend that shows the character of the Rioja style. Intensely aromatic and very pleasant with well integrated wood. Fresh on entry with a delightfully balanced acidity, ideal for red meats, cured sausage or chops.
