Perth Pink has been finely crafted to create a sweet tasting and colourful Gin without using fruit or sweeteners. We combined Strawberry Gum, Lemon Myrtle and Rosella flowers to make a Pink Gin that can be enjoyed with your favourite mixer. Add soda, tonic or lemonade to create a refreshing drink. Garnish with a fresh strawberries. Sin Gin is an award winning distillery that started at The Murray Hotel in West Perth, Western Australia in 2016 and moved to a purpose built distillery in the Swan Settlers Market in the Swan Valley in 2019. Mark Harris, former air-traffic controller now distiller, is creating stunning spirits full of local and international botanicals. Mark has found his passion in distilling.
