Singlefile Great Southern Chardonnay 750mLThe 2018 fruit, harvested on 4th and 5th March 2018, was chilled overnight and then fermented in 28% new and 72% one year old French oak barriques. The barrels were lees stirred for 5 months and matured in barrel for a total of eight months before being bottled in December 2018.
