Sirromet Vineyard Selection Pinot Gris

This bonny little pinot gris from Sirromet is made in a more textured style which would see it match well to Asian dishes or even some cured salmon. Smells of poached pears, lemons and honeysuckle lift from the glass, whilst the palate has some sweet fruit upfront swiftly followed by a wash of creaminess coating the mouth.
