Passive-Aggressive is a kettle soured XPA with Passionfruit. We have used Mosaic hops for a balanced hop flavor and a Melon/Passionfruit aroma. We then added Passionfruit pulp after fermentation to lightly soften the sourness and add a refreshing mid-palate
