This medium to fuller style of shiraz from the land of Springboks and rugby would be great to crack open next time you want to throw a steak on the BBQ and invite a few mates over. It’s full of peppered plums and toasted vanilla on the nose, whilst the palate is likewise, with softish tannins and bright acidity playing supporting roles, and a decent, peppery finish.
