Spier Signature Chenin Blanc

South Africa have taken chenin blanc and run with it. They produce oaked and unoaked styles, with this offering being the latter. Aromas of green orchard fruits, lemon citrus and subtle dairy decorate the nose, whilst the palate is crisp and dry, with citrus and apple flavours aplenty, a decent zip of racy acidity along the tongue, and a decent slightly creamy finish that pulls the whole thing together. These wines are great with all sorts of grilled fish and creamy pasta dishes. White – Other W
