Perfect ripening conditions have given the shiraz a supple ripeness and intense colour and flavour. Crushed in small, open-topped fermenting machines for between 6 to 10 days. Repeated pump-overs and post-malolactic fermentation in French Hogsheads. 15 months barrel maturation.Tasting Notes: Vibrant Barossa Shiraz with dark plums, liquorice, and a hint of chocolate. Ripe berry fruits detectable and fine oak tannins.Cellaring: Ideal to drink immediately or after 2+ years of storage.
