Starward New World Sour● Pour 50ml Starward Two-Fold Double-Grain Whisky, 20ml lemon juice, 20ml sugar, 20ml egg white (or aquafaba) into a cocktail shaker, and shake.● Add ice and shake again.● Serve on the rocks, gently adding 15ml Australian red wine as the final stage.
