Stonecroft Wines Reserve Syrah

This syrah (shiraz) is the ‘shiznitz’ for Stonecroft. It’s the top of the mountain, the crest of a wave, and it’s serious stuff! It’s incredibly densely fruited exhibiting fleshy black fruits, bucket loads of black pepper, and hints of earthiness on the nose. The palate is compact and fuller-bodied, with more of that black-fruited, peppery goodness, a lick of anise, and evident cedary oak before a tight, dry finish.
