Here we have a no-nonsense, bright and juicy pinot gris that is bound to go down well at a casual lunch with your mates. There’s lots of green pears, honeysuckle and ginger on the nose, whilst the palate is dry, vibrant and slightly creamy, with mango and pear flavours, zippy lemony acidity, and a decent earthy-edged finish with a kick of citrus in the tail.
