Smells of green apples, stone fruits and pears adorn the nose, along with hints of citrus and baked bread. The palate has a kiss of sweetness at first, but then transforms into a stone fruity and citrus explosion of flavours, with a lick of toast, a milky mouthfeel, fine bubbles, and a lush, creamy finish.
