The Crater Rim Canterbury Riesling

Named Crater Rim after the ancient volcanic eruptions that have left lava flow tentacles on the landscape, this is an off-dry style of rizza that would be great with chicken burritos. Lemons, red apples and ginger spice decorate the nose, and jump onto the palate to show up in the flavours, along with a lick of honey.
