The Tin Shed is exactly as it’s described, a basic shed where Peter and Anne Clarke make a small amount of wine in the Barossa. The Melting Pot describes the process of blending of various fruit parcels from the Eden Valley as well as adding some funk and spice from the addition of Grenache and Mourvedre. This is a classic Shiraz for pouring when you are cooking a large hunk of meat. It’s warm and spicy with great length and superb balance. Red – Shiraz and Blends – Shiraz
