Here we have another single vineyard chardy from top producers Tuck’s Ridge that has a bold personality. It’s halfway between a buttery style, and a crisp style, so has the best of both worlds. Aromas and flavours of stone fruits, grapefruit and creaminess come to the party, along with a smattering of dried herbs to make things interesting.
