Tuck’s Ridge Pinot Gris

This is a rather rich, buxom style of pinot gris made in a relatively dry style, which means it is a generous mouthful of wine. Ripe pears, red apples, ginger spice and honeysuckle florals fill the nasal passages, and then leap onto the fulsome palate. It’s all wrapped up in bright acidity, a touch of talciness, and a smooth, voluptuous finish. Great over the next couple of years with some Thai take-away. White – Pinot Gris and Blends – Pinot Gris
